Student Guidelines for Attending High School Varsity Football Games 2024-25
As the new football season is upon us, we would like to remind students and parents about the expectations for students who attend home football games. We want to provide all fans and spectators an opportunity for a safe and fun game day environment and show their school spirit.
K-4 School Students
Elementary school students must have an adult with them to enter the No adult = No admittance to the game. This is for the safety of the student.
Middle School Students
Middle school students attending football games are expected to sit/stand on the bleachers that have been designated for middle school Failure to do this will result in students having to be seated with their parents, or if no parent is present, the student will be removed from the game. The Junior jungle will be located behind the High School student section on the north end of the home side bleachers
All Students
Students are not allowed to bring backpacks, skateboards, bicycles, footballs, hoverboards, or other such items into the stadium.
Spectators of any will not be permitted to congregate behind the bleachers If caught loitering in this area, students will be asked to sit with their parents, or if no parent is present, you will be removed from the event.
All student behavior is expected to be school appropriate: Fighting, rough play, the use of threatening language, or creation of an unsafe environment will not be tolerated. you will be removed from the event.
All students are expected to leave the athletic complex within 20 minutes after the completion of the game. Please make sure students have a ride arranged.
Per the PDY board approved handbook, the following will result in a student violation of the spectator guidelines
1st Offense: Offender(s) will be asked to return to their seat with the parent / adult who accompanied them to the game.
2nd Offense: Offender(s) who are in violation again will be asked to leave the event and may not return. Their name and information will be taken and a meeting with the AD with parent / guardian and child must take place before they can attend another PDY event.
3rd Offense: Offender(s) will be prohibited from attending ANY home Football games for the remainder of the season.
We appreciate your help with the implementation of these expectations to ensure student safety while giving our fans the opportunity to enjoy the game. Thank you for supporting our football teams.
